1. About these terms
This website is operated by Kindly Reply ("we", "us", "our"), 2/65 Sandgate Road, Albion QLD 4010, Australia. These terms apply when you browse our website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
2. What you're buying
When you order, you're buying a personalised digital wedding invitation in your chosen design. It includes your invitation hosted at its own link, online RSVP for your guests, and a personal portal where you can view and manage replies. Each invitation covers one event. We don't print or post anything.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
4. Your details and turnaround
After you order, we'll send you a form to fill in with your names, date, venue and the other details you want guests to see. We design your invitation within 3 to 5 days of receiving your completed form and deliver it to your portal.
You're responsible for making sure the details you give us are correct. Please check your invitation carefully before you share it with guests.
5. Changes
Your order includes one free change to your invitation details, such as the time, venue or event information. Changes to the design, and any edits after your free change, are charged at the price of a new invitation.
6. Your invitation link
Your invitation link stays live for 12 months from the date it's delivered. You can renew it for a further period at our current renewal price. If a link isn't renewed, it and its RSVP information may no longer be accessible after it expires.
7. Guest information
When you share your invitation, your guests can send us their RSVP and the information you ask for in your invitation. You can see those replies in your portal. You agree to only add or share guest details you're entitled to share. We handle all guest information in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the photos, words and other content you send us. You give us permission to use that content to design, host and deliver your invitation. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you provide and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We'll only feature your invitation in our marketing with your permission.
9. Our designs
Our invitation designs, templates, illustrations and website content belong to Kindly Reply. You may use your invitation for your own event. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs or templates for any other purpose.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use our service for anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or harmful, or to send content that infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse or remove content that breaches these terms.
11. Refunds
Our refund terms, including our guarantee, are set out in our Refund Policy.
12. Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep your invitation and RSVP portal available and working. Occasionally the service may be interrupted by maintenance or by events outside our control, such as outages at our hosting providers. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
