How quickly will I get my invitation?
Within 1 day of sending us your details.
What do I need to give you?
After checkout we email you a short questionnaire. Names, date, venue, schedule and any extra info for guests. It takes about five minutes.
How do guests RSVP?
They tap RSVP inside the invitation and answer your questions. Every response appears in your portal.
Can I change details later?
Yes. Your order includes one free change to the time, venue or invitation details. Design changes and additional changes are charged as a new invitation.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Invite as many people as you like. Each invitation covers one event.
How long does my invitation stay live?
12 months from delivery, with the option to renew.
What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund. Your invitation and RSVP portal then come offline.
Does it work outside Australia?
Yes. Everything is digital, so your guests can open it anywhere, and you'll see prices in your local currency.
