Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and stored by Shopify and other third parties located outside Australia. Shopify may also use certain information about your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features, and in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Meta, store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle personal information appropriately.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet our legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity first. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our Services aren't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please email us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
